How buying works

Lay out your kitchen in our room planner. Each cabinet and door goes into your project, and you can change the style or colour of the whole kitchen in one go.

When you're ready, you pay by card at checkout. You'll get an email when your order is in, when it's being made, when it's on its way and when it's delivered.

You use your own fitter. We don't fit kitchens.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland. Your basket tells you straight away if we can't reach your postcode. We can't deliver kitchens to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or other islands.

Doors arrive by courier, usually in 10 to 20 working days. Kitchens come by courier or van and take longer. Checkout shows the time for your order. Large orders sometimes arrive in more than one delivery.

The delivery charge for your order is shown in your basket as soon as we know your postcode, before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Doors, drawer fronts, panels, cabinets, cornice, plinth and fillers are made to order for you. So we can't take them back if you change your mind.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us at hello@unhinge.co.uk. We'll replace it or refund you.

Accessories, such as handles and hinges, can be returned unused within 14 days for a refund.

None of this affects your legal rights. Our full terms will be published here when the shop opens.

Paying safely

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe over a secure connection. We never see or store them.
